Billing questions
How does payment work?
The subscription is charged monthly to a bank card via our payment partner. Card data is stored with the partner, not with us. The price is fixed in dollars.
Which cards are accepted?
International Visa and Mastercard. More payment methods will come later: tell us which one you need and we will factor it into the plans.
Can I cancel the subscription?
Yes, at any moment in your account, no emails or calls. Pro stays active until the end of the paid month, then the account moves to Free keeping your history and settings.
What happens when the limit runs out?
Answers pause until the next day starts; everything else keeps working. Recognition minutes renew at the start of each paid month. If the limit is regularly not enough, write to us - we will find a solution.
Is there a refund?
Yes. If you paid for a subscription but did not use the service (no credits of the paid period were spent), we refund the full amount: write to hello@sayphon.com within 14 days of the charge. If you have already used the service, we decide case by case. Details: Refund policy.
