Questions and answers
Which languages are supported?
The main pair right now is English and Russian: Sayphon understands the question in English, answers in English and gives a Russian translation with transliteration. New language pairs are added as the product grows.
Do I need Chrome?
Yes, sound features need Chrome on a computer: it provides speech recognition and tab audio capture. No installs - everything runs right in the browser.
Where does my data go?
Audio is processed on the fly and never stored. Your question and answer history lives in your account, is visible only to you and can be deleted at any time. Your context is used only to generate answers.
Does Sayphon work in Zoom and Google Meet?
Yes. Sayphon does not plug into the call service - it listens to the meeting audio: through speakers and a mic, or through tab capture. So it works with any platform: Zoom, Google Meet, Teams and others.
Can my counterpart see the hints?
No. Hints and captions appear only on your screen and never reach the call. For live streams there is a reverse mode: captions can be shown to the audience.
Can I cancel the subscription?
Yes, at any moment in your account, no emails or calls. Pro stays active until the end of the paid month, then the account moves to the free plan keeping your history and settings.
